Your Next Opportunity

This is a key position within Toongabbie Christian College that will see the successful candidate managing the daily operations of the College’s Primary School. 

This role is comprised of an 0.8 FTE schedule dedicated to Primary School Operations and 0.2 FTE dedicated to Teaching activities.

Day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing staff absence processes including the engagement and rostering of casual staff covering Primary classes, LSOs and Library Staff
  • Administering academic assessments 
  • Supporitng the primary school with student behaviour management when required
  • Utilising Sentral to administer and set up new Primary modules
  • Managing budget allocation spending as specified in the Primary Budget and report to relevant staff
  • Implementing the daily operational, change to routine, and communication systems within the Primary School using Daily Organiser

What You’ll Bring to the College

To be considered for this position, you must hold relevant tertiary qualifications and have prior demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a Primary School.
